Upcoming COVID-19 Vaccination Events

  • Valley-Wide Health Systems offers Moderna, Pfizer and J&J vaccines every Friday at the ASU Neilson Library parking lot in Alamosa in their mobile unit. 10:00 - 12:30 for adults, and 1:30-3:30 for pediatrics. Call 719-587-9610 to schedule. Pediatrics must have an appointment.

  • Free mobile bus clinics below accept walk-ins. Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J, including boosters, for ages 12 and up. Pediatric Pfizer for ages 5-11. Flu vaccine for all ages.

    • Monday Feb 7th, 10am-6pm at La Jara Elementary

    • Wednesday February 9th, 10am-5pm at Sanford School

    • Friday February 11, 9am-6pm at Del Norte School

    • Saturday February 12th, 8am-4pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Alamosa

Sign up for serial (Weekly) Covid-19 testing

The state is offering students the opportunity to get free weekly COVID-19 testing done at school. They are offering $25 for the first test and $10 for every test after that. Families can opt-out of the incentives by visiting the CDPHE website.

Please complete the appropriate permission form below and your student will start testing the following week.

If your student has symptoms of COVID-19 it is recommended to have them tested.

If your student tests positive for COVID-19 please notify the school so proper cleaning and quarantine can take place.
