Being on time is an important habit that helps your child succeed in school. The tardy bell rings at 7:45 AM, and a late arrival can disrupt their morning routine and the start of class for their teachers and classmates.
If your child arrives after 7:45 AM, they are considered tardy. You will need to come to the front office to sign them in. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us start each school day smoothly.
GT Referral Window: October 5–16, 2026
Celina ISD’s Gifted & Talented referral window will be open October 5–16, 2026. Parents, teachers, and staff may refer a student for GT testing during this window.
This is the only GT referral window for the 2026–2027 school year. No additional referrals will be accepted after the window closes.
Please note: All 2nd grade students will participate in the district’s GT universal screener and do not need to be referred.

If you have any questions, please reach out to our campus GT Teacher, Molly Anderson. mollyanderson@celinaisd.com
We will use School Cafe this year. You can set up an account for your student here. If your student had a positive balance at the end of last year, it rolled over into their account for this year.
Please pay any unpaid lunch balances as soon as possible. Students will not be able to purchase "snacks" or a la carte items if they have a negative balance. You can set purchase restrictions if desired through School Cafe also.
