Zamir holds a PhD in Structural Geology from Tirana University and has over 40 years of experience in the petroleum industry. He has worked extensively on exploration projects across the Adriatic region, including Albania, Greece, Montenegro, and the Black Sea Basin. Zamir specializes in basin evolution, hydrocarbon play analysis, and sedimentology, with a focus on Neogene depositional models. Currently, he provides technical consultancy on exploration block evaluations and gas field redevelopment projects in Albania.
Envoi is a specialist independent A&D advisory group based in London, which assists oil and gas companies facilitate the buying and selling of international upstream energy opportunities. Services include the marketing and management of licence rounds, farmouts & production sales, and an ‘eyes and ears’ service to help clients identify new international opportunities.
Mike holds a degree in Geology from Cardiff University. After working as an oil company geologist on UK and African exploration, he managed a specialised consultancy’s entire world-wide marketing activities including farmouts and production asset disposal, acquisitions and client advisory services, until founding Envoi (www.envoi.co.uk). For the last 24 years, Mike has managed Envoi, providing international third-parties with upstream A&D services specialising in licence rounds, farmouts and asset divestments.

Duncan McDougall joined Lucent Petroleum in 2011 and led the company as CEO from 2014 until 2022. Prior to joining Lucent Petroleum, Mr. McDougall was a founding Director for Roxi Petroleum PLC (now Caspian Sunrise PLC) where he had previously held the position of Technical Director from 2006 until 2011.

Rob Sadownyk is a professional geoscientist with 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, spanning unconventional plays, international asset evaluation and operations. He has been with Valeura Energy since its inception in 2010. Prior to joining Valeura, Mr. Sadownyk co-founded Berland Exploration, a successful privately-funded junior oil & gas company with tight gas assets, and previous to that held senior geoscience roles with Vermilion Resources and Canadian Hunter Exploration. Throughout his career, Mr. Sadownyk has built an industry leading knowledge base and deep experience in tight gas reservoirs, carbonates, and foothills plays.
Mr. Sadownyk is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists (CSPG).
