An important part of academic success is a healthy body and a healthy mind. Exams, and the preparation for them, can be a pressurised time for students and parents. We want to support you to do your best and know where you can get advice if you do feel you need help managing your time and wellbeing.
If at any point in the year you begin to feel overwhelmed, or you feel you need to talk to someone to help you achieve your best, please remember we are here for you.
You can speak to your year office, your subject teachers or approach the Student Support Centre (SSC) for advice and support. The SSC also run exam stress classes, so please email them if you think this may be of use to you.
