Timesheets are for two weeks, Sunday - Saturday. Timesheets are due by the last day of the period, every other Saturday. If you're not serving on Saturday, submit your timesheet COB Friday.

Timesheets cannot be submitted BEFORE hours are served but CAN be submitted at the end of Friday if you're not putting in Saturday hours. If you're serving Saturday hours, then your timesheet is due COB Saturday.

Pay Schedule

Your living stipend is distributed bi-weekly by CEDAM via direct deposit. You can find the dates of deposit HERE.

If you do not receive your living allowance on the date listed, please contact CEDAM staff immediately.

Pay Stubs & W2s - Paychex Flex

You can find your paystubs via CEDAM's payroll system; Paychex Flex. W-2s will be mailed to you but can also be found on Paychex Flex.

You'll log in with the username and password you created during onboarding. If you forgot either, click on the "Forgot Username or Password?" link on the log in page.

Updating HR Information

To update your address, withholdings, bank account information, etc., log into Paychex.
