Launch Zoom Webinar
Log into the Videographer Portal and into the correct CE21 Zoom Account for the program

VIDEOGRAPHER PORTAL
Log into the CE21 Videographer Portal
Locate your program in Bookings and you will see a bottom-most button labeled something like zp8-ext, zp9-ext for that program.
Click on that button and a Zoom Webinar Setup modal will display that will display your program's assigned Zoom account information.
Click on the Sign In button in this Zoom Webinar Setup modal which will take you to Zoom.us
IMPORTANT! You may be taken to your personal Zoom account or a previous CE21 Zoom account that is incorrect for this event. Sign Out and log in with the Zoom email/password credentials in the Zoom Webinar Setup Modal.
Always use the Copy to Clipboard function in the modal when logging into zoom.us. If you have five failed login attempts you will be locked out of Zoom for 30 minutes!
ZOOM ACCOUNT / IDENTIFYING PROGRAM
On left navigation go to Webinars
Verify your program as should be under Today's date and have exact title as in Videographer Portal
Click on the program title to get into the Webinar details.
LAUNCH WEBINAR
Before you launch you should be sure you followed Zoom Utility configuration and have set up a unique program folder in Recording Settings - Store my recording at: Create a program folder and store the recording at that unique folder location per event day such as 2021_11_04-DBT, 2021_11_05-DBT
Scroll down and click on the Start Practice Session button
You'll get a browser message indicating to Open Zoom Meetings. Click on that button and Zoom will open.
It is recommended to go back to the web page where you launched the practice session from and click Back in the browser to get back into the Webinar details page at this point.
RENAME YOUR ZOOM HOST NAME
Go to the Participant Panel and rename yourself to "." (Period)
ZOOM IS UP
The Zoom webinar will be up.
DO NOT CLICK ON START WEBINAR
Now it's time to move onto setting up your camera/tripod and audio!
Just leave Zoom hanging in background.
