CLIENT HAS NOT ARRANGED FOR DEDICATED AV STAFF / AUDIO ENGINEER

AV staff will set up/test client ordered event room audio/microphones but there will not be dedicated AV staff / audio engineer allocated to monitor/adjust audio throughout the production. CE21 Videographer will adjust audio mixer levels for room/camera.

AUDIO

If you cannot provide an ANALOG audio mixer, please notify Client/CE21 immediately!

*CE21 nor allocated CE21 Videographer cannot be held responsible for any audio issues that affect the in-room attendees and/or webcast when choosing to go with CE21 Videographer for managing audio during the actual program

We always recommend a FT audio engineer/tech for any high profile / can't fail type events or events with 4+ inputs/microphones/audio sources.

CLIENT HAS ARRANGED FOR DEDICATED AV STAFF / AUDIO ENGINEER EVENT TECH (Encore e.g.)

AV event tech will set up/test client ordered event room audio and this dedicated av staff  will be in the event room monitoring and adjusting audio throughout and will provide an audio feed to the videographer's camera.

DEDICATED AV STAFF / AUDIO ENGINEER OPERATED EVENT ROOM AUDIO

During the production, dedicated av staff / audio engineer will adjust the audio mixer levels for both the room and the feed going to the videographer

We strongly desire NO noise gates applied to the audio feed to the videographer.  While a noise gate may be fine for the room audio complemented with ambient voice, it is very noticeable / abrupt in the aux send feed to the videographer.

If a noise gate cannot be entirely disabled, please keep noise gates far less aggressive than normal.

VIDEOGRAPHER TECH AREA PLACEMENT IN EVENT ROOM

BACK OF ROOM SETUP (LEFT IMAGE)

Example of an event room that is less than 100' long from the front of the room to the back of the room.

Videographer tech riser is placed flush against the back wall.

SIDE SET UP (RIGHT IMAGE)

Example of long event room that is over 100' from the front of the room to the back of the room.

An example of when this would be used would be something like a long room where there are no room columns to worry about and the room width isn't unusual

Tech riser placed 60'-80' from the front wall with space in front of videographer tech area.

ABOVE | LARGE ROOM EXAMPLE SET UP WITH A CLIENT

Example of long event room where CE21 agreed with Client / hotel staff for a good camera placement.
