In our speed-mentoring format, female students will get the chance to exchange individually with experienced female professionals in short 15-minute mentoring sessions.
The students will thereby get the opportunity to see and explore distinct career paths, gather different opinions on their questions, and collect multitudinous advice on the way.

We're inviting outstanding women from different backgrounds: Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, Corporate, Academia, Medicine, NGOs, Consulting, and Politics. Given these highly diverse careers and fields of expertise, we want to encourage female students with any study background and career ambition to join our session – and thereby diversify CDTM.

The Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) is a joint institution of LMU and TUM, offering an interdisciplinary add-on study program focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology.
Our goal is to foster a diverse and ambitious community of students who want to make an impact — across all fields and backgrounds.
We’re always happy to welcome new students who are curious, driven, and ready to grow — no specific background in business, tech, or entrepreneurship is required!
