A few things to know:
- The 2025 Application must be completed online. 
- You will receive approval of your application via the email address provided on your application and a request for payment will be made. Please do not send in any fees until you receive the approval email from the Bazaar Coordinator. 
- Please submit pictures with the application. 
- Your payment must be received to complete the application process and guarantee your spot in the 2024 Hometown Bazaar. 
- Submission of an application is not a guaranteed acceptance to the 2025 Hometown Bazaar. 
- Questions or concerns can be emailed to hometownbazaar@cdstmatthew.org. Your inquiries will be answered within 1-2 days.
