About Me

Hello! I'm Miss Small, and I am beyond excited to begin my second year of teaching at Center Drive School! I can't wait to meet you and your child and have an amazing year together.

I'm originally from Milford, Maine, and I graduated from the University of Maine in 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Relations.

I love teaching kindergarten at Center Drive School because every day is filled with curiosity, laughter, and growth. It is such a joy to help children build confidence, discover a love of learning, and celebrate all of the exciting milestones they achieve throughout the year. I feel grateful to be part of such a caring school community where students and families are valued.

When I'm not in the classroom, I love spending time with my fiancé and our energetic Golden Retriever puppy, Bean. She definitely keeps us on our toes! I also enjoy cooking and going to concerts.

I'm looking forward to an exciting school year and can't wait to learn, grow, and make wonderful memories with your child!

Our class will be using ClassDojo this year as a great tool for communication and classroom updates. It's an easy way to stay connected with me throughout the year! During the week, my quiet hours are set from 4:00pm to 7:00am and my messages are off over the weekend. If you have any questions during that time, I will get back to you as soon as I can!
