Commonsense.org says Flipgrid is a website that allows teachers to create "grids" to facilitate video discussions. Each grid is like a message board where teachers can pose questions, called "topics," and their students can post video responses that appear in a tiled grid display.

Flipgrid can be used in many different ways. Students can show how they are answering a math question. They can practice reading aloud. Students can participate in a science challenge, or a scavenger hunt.

The ideas are endless, and in the end they are able to let their personality shine.
