Admission Requirements for New Student Applicant
Nursery / Kindergarten
Age: 4 years old on or before August 31 of the Academic Year for Nursery, 5 years old on or before October 31* of the Academic Year for Kinder
Photocopies of birth (PSA) and baptismal certificates
Entrance exam (to be scheduled by Guidance Advocate, Php300 exam fee)

Elementary, Junior and Senior High School
Form 138 (Report Card)
Certificate of Good Moral Character duly signed by Principal / Guidance Counselor
Photocopies of birth (PSA) and baptismal certificates
Photocopy of Moving Up Certificate (for incoming Grade 1)
Entrance exam (to be scheduled by Guidance Advocate, Php300 exam fee)
TLC Transferees:

Grade requirement for Senior High School: General Average - 80 and above, and
STEM: 85 and above in Math and Science
ABM: 85 and above in Math
GAS: 83 and above in Math and Science
HUMSS: 80 and above General Average.
