Early drop-off at 7:30 AM
Camp is closed on July 4
What is the cost and how do I make payments?
What is the cost and how do I make payments?
Camp costs $175 per week.
Participants may pay by check or via the FACTs system.
Two charges will be made through the FACTs system on June 20th and July 20th based on the number of weeks registered. If you have an active FACTs account at Saint Agatha Academy, no further action is needed.

What if I need to cancel my registration?
What if I need to cancel my registration?
We understand that plans may change. Please contact us if you need to cancel your registration.
Registrants canceling on or before May 31st will not be charged.
Starting June 1st, refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
Campers who are unable to attend their scheduled week may request a transfer to a session with available spots.
Campers who miss their scheduled session without providing prior notice will be charged the full amount.
If the entire session must be canceled due to unexpected circumstances, campers will not incur any charges.
Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis if medical reasons (e.g., hospitalization, COVID-19) prevent the camper from attending the entire session.
All requests must be submitted prior to the start of the camp session.
No partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Yes! Lunch and breakfast are provided through the summer feeding program.
There is also an afternoon snack.

Do you offer half-day or partial-week options?
Unlike school, camp has no need for tardy bells or absence excuses. Sign up for the weeks you wish to attend, and drop-off and pick-up on the days and times most convenient to you. However, we do not have discounts for students who attend partial days or miss some days out of the week.

Yes! Enrollment is open for all children ages 3 - 13.
