Professional Development Credit

One Professional Development Credit is offered for the CDA Kickoff Conference in partnership with the University of Idaho.

Two steps for receiving professional development credit for the Kickoff Conference:

1. Complete and return the registration form HERE with the $60 payment. There will be a table in the Commons where you can pick up, complete and return these forms. Please do this on either day of the Kickoff Conferences.
2. Complete the assignment which requires you to apply what you learned at the Kickoff Conference and incorporates instructional technologies. You may want to familiarize yourself with the framework prior to completing the assignment by browsing the domains and components here: http://www.danielsongroup.org/framework/.

This assignment is due by Friday, October 5^th. Use this link to access the assignment: (coming soon).

You will receive an email by Friday, September 24^th (at the email address you provide in the assignment form) to verify that your registration was received. Credit is for the Fall 2018 semester and will post to transcripts in December 2018.

STIPEND

Certificated staff attending sessions are eligible for stipends based on our district's negotiated agreement. The rate for a full-day of courses is $100. Partial stipends of $25 are available for our quarter-day sessions and $50 can be earned by attending a half-day session. Attendance will be taken during each course and a total will be available within one week of the symposium and technology kickoff conferences.

All stipends will be payable during on September 21, 2018.
