Training Certificates issued by the Authority
Training Certificates issued by the Authority
Training certificates are given within seven (7) days from date of training. If you have issues such as Name Correction, non-issuance and re-validation, please email r8.crits@cda.gov.ph with the following details:
Subject Email: Certificate Concern (Name of Coop)
Email must contain :
the Training Title,
Training date,
Names of requested certificates and,
Nature of concern (eg. correction, non-issuance)
