Black and White Animal Drawing 18 x 24, 2021

My idea at first was to draw any animal in black and white because Logyn and Elijah were doing the same thing so we all did the same type of drawing which was a cow, raccoon, and a goat. I wanted to draw a dairy cow because that was my job all last year and that was the first animal that came to my mind and it was already black and white.

My process was pretty easy but it started by finding the image and tracing it out on the board for the outline and then I got to work on shading and once I was done with that I gave it some clouds and shadowing to make him stand out in the field.

The most challenging part for me was the shading of the background because I did not know anything about shading and I was out of my elements of a cartoon coloring book.
