I decided to paint a sunset on the ocean. The reason I decided to paint a sunset is because one time me and my friends took an art class. In that class we painted a sunset on the beach. That class and painting inspired me to try to repaint what I painted a while ago.
I used water colors to try to make the colors blend and look more natural.
The hardest part was to try to get the colors to blend without making it look muddy and also to try to keep the idea and make sure you could tell what it was. If i could start over i would try to add more details to make it look more realistic.
This is kind of a realistic painting because you can tell what it is it is just not the best version of a sunset.
This us my finish line painting of a sunset. I painted this because I wanted to see how much better I have gotten from the beginning of the year.Â
I used acrylic paint but I watered them down to make them look more realistic.
The hardest part was getting the colors of the sky to blend and not turn muddy.
This is a realistic painting because it is easy to tell what is painted.
For this painting I decided to paint a picture of my dog. I chose to paint my dog because I thought it would be a very cute picture to hang up in my house.
To paint this picture I used acrylic paint. I used this because it had the most color options and it would be easier to work with.
The hardest part was to get the lines on the gate to be straight and to make the cabinet in the back look more realistic than cartoony.
This is a realistic painting because it accurately represents how the actual image looks.
For my still life painting I decided to do a Bronco. I decided to paint a bronco because I have always wanted one and I painted it pink because pink is my favorite color.
I used acrylic paint to paint this. I decided to use acrylic because i thought it would look the best.
The hardest part was the windows and the wheels. It was also hard trying to make it look as realistic as possible.
This is realsistic becuase I copied exactly what the picture showed.
