Winter and spring are two of my favorite seasons so I wanted to add them both someway into my drawing. So I decided to make a sort of portal to where winter was flowing right into spring. 

I started with the winter portal. I sketched out what I wanted to be in there like the trees and such. Then I drew a circle around it to give it that portal sense. After that, I did the same thing with the spring one. Then I colored and added detail to both of them. Then I used a white colored pencil to blend all the colors.

The most difficult part was the snow for the winter one. It was hard to get the shades and shadows just right so it looks like snow. But I just kept messing around with blues and yellows and I eventually got the snow just right.

This is a realistic drawing. I love winter and spring so adding them in one drawing was perfect for me. I love how well all the colors blended in with one another. I also love how real it looks and how good it turned out.
