The difference between these two was the red was more vibrant in the digital one. I liked the comic bubble. I think this represents "Its a Great Day to be a Saber because it shows how it pops out.
My logo is representing me. This is a way of expressing myself in the form of artwork. My logo might not be the best out there but it means a lot. This work sets me apart from the rest because it doesn't symbolize anyone else except for me.
Walt Disney Tibute
My Tribute design is of Walt Disney. I chose to do him because ever since I went to Disney World I've been into it. I started by gathering different pictures of Walt Disney then put them one by one on the document. I removed the backgrounds of the different pictures and messed with the opacity and the layers to manipulate the pictures to my liking. This project took some time to make but in the end it turned out good. It was a lot of moving and cropping pictures while messing with the adjustments. I like this piece because it looks like its busy.
Typography Portrait
My project is a eagle made out of words. I chose this eagle because it has a lot of space for words and it looks like the eagle without the picture there. This project took me a good amount of time. I used the pen tool to trace out the feathers and the body to put the words inside. My original idea was to use a baseball as my project but I scrapped that because I thought it was too bland. All in all, I believe this project is good because it looks like the picture it originally was.
Who Am I?
My idea was to implement things thats I like into my project. It came out like I thought it would. I think I could ultimately do better but I couldn't think of a better idea. My process was to use the techniques provided to make the work look like what it's supposed to. The most difficult thing about the process was first understanding the steps provided to me. The work around for this was to have it worded differently by someone who understood it. I would change the pictures and the overall background that I chose. I would say my work is a little abstract because it isn't realistic, surreal, or non-objective.
