Artist Name "Title" my dog
2026
(IDEA) My idea was to try and sketch a picture of my dog because ive had her for awhile so i thought to draw her.
(PROCESS) i just used a mechanical pencil to sketch the shapes of the dog and add shading to give my dogs face more detail and texture. i also used clay to erase my mistakes and lighten different parts of the drawing.
(SYMBOLISM & ICONOGRAPHY) the art work means alot becuase its my dog. i want my audience to think about the emotions and uniques of animals the most difficult part was for me getting the dog centered and the shading to look realistic. but to overcome those problems i shaded lightly and used reference lines and erase where i messed up
(VISUAL VOICE) the style is mostly realsitic becuase i tried to have the dog look like how she looks in real life and how there diffrent dark parts and lighter parts on it.
