I got the idea for this project because I wanted to create a small Indoor garden with some succulent plants and wanted a small bridge to go with It.

My process for creating the bridge was to shape a rectangle and sort of carve It Instead of building it piece by piece. The only part that wasn't carved was the railings. after It was done I added some texture to make It look more like wood and stone.

The hardest part of the project was keeping It from slouching after I carved out the bottom. I had to let the bottom dry before I could work on the top because It had to be placed upside down when It dried. If I restarted this project I would have done that from the beginning so It would be taller.

The style of my bridge is Realistic and Isn't anything unique. The bridge Is just modeled after some cool pictures of bridges.

When I started this project I had the idea to make myself but as I shaped the face it looked nothing like me so I just made everything random.

For the face, I used an expo marker to shape the eyes and shape the nose and lips based on myself. For the rest of It, I used slaps and smoothed them out to make the human shape.

At the start of this project, I tried to make myself but after It started to look nothing like me. I overcame it by doing everything at random based on what I thought looked cool. If I started over I would have made the lips and eyes smaller and made a full head of hair.

The style was supposed to be realistic but after it was fired and glazed I would say it looks more Abstract. I love that the nose and ears look realistic and were easy to make. I wish I would have chosen a lighter color before I glazed.
