“The American Bear”
9.5 x 9.5 x 3
Bear Head Mold, Horse Ear Moiled, Plaster, Acrylic Paint, Screen, Hot Glue
The source that inspired me was animals and the American flag. I pick a moiled, I put plaster on the moiled, I pick a horse moiled for the ears, I used the horse ear on the bear moiled, I painted it using red, blue, white, brown, pink, I hot glued screen over the eyes. I try to fix my mistake the best I could. I learned that the paint dries very fast and that you don’t need a lot of it. I like the most about my work is how it look together and how the colors went together.I would change the ears to like horns.

"Sunset Lake"
12 x 18
Paper, Oil Pastel, Hot Glue, Watercolor Paint
My inspiration was like the mountains, sunset and also a lake.
I had to draw it big with not a lot of small details. Next, I had to outline it in hot glue. Then I had to color it with oil pastels and had to crack it. Also, I had to paint it with watercolor paint and resent off.
I solved my problems by keep trying and don’t give up.
Something new I tried was blending colors together that looked good.
I like the water color and sunset color mixed together.
I would change the tree that is on the side and I would remove it.

“Home plate man”
7.5 x 7 x 0.5
Clay, Glaze, Water, Texture objects
I was inspired by baseball the home plate.
I made a shape like the home plate in baseball for the head, Then I made a nose, eyes, and a mouth. Next, I had to slip the put the stuff on the face, Last, I added texture to the nose and face.
I had to slip the eyes again because they did not stay on well.
A creative risk I took was I pick random colors and it turned out good.
I like the summer mango color on the face and also how the colors are like smooth.
I would change the eyes shape to more like a circle shape.

“Man Cave”
9 x 12
Graphite, Blender
My inspiration was trying to make it look like my basement room.
My process was I drew what look like my basement and add more stuff. Then I drew all the stuff the went to the vanishing point and then I added shades of light and dark.
I kept trying and trying to drew it perfect.
A creative risk I took was I add different shapes to the floor the made it look better than just a white floor.
I like how I drew the chair and the TV on the wall.
I would change the placement of the fringe.
