Lindy heister “strains”
9x12, graphite, 2019
This is realism, this to me is just trying to work on drawing hair and long with shading. If I were to start over I would make the stipes red, I love that the hair turned out well.
Lindy heister “tired”
9x12, graphite, 2019
I wanted this to be realism as portraits are something that I like to do. I wanted to show that she looked tired like most people in school. I would have liked to make her eyebrow less defined. I love that the eyes turned out well.
Lindy heister “together”
18x 24, graphite, 2019
I wanted this piece to look more like realism. I wanted this to be a bigger piece ad this had more than one person in it. Graphite drawing are something that I enjoy. If I were to start over I would try to make the eyes more real. I love that the hair turned out well.
Lindy Heister “average”
9’12, graphite, 2019
The style is realism, this is what we now call beauty. If I were to change anything it would be how I did the second eye. I love that it turned out well even though I used water color paper by mistake.
Lindy Heister “boy”
9x12, graphite, 2019
What I drew was realism. There is really nothing to this but that I wanted to work on drawing guys as I find it harder to do. Is I started over which I was thinking on doing was trying to make sure the eyes looked more real but it’s hard with trying to get so much detail with a tinny space. One thing that I do like is all of the shading looks smooth.
Lindy Heister “two face ”
9z12, graphite, 2019
This would be more abstract realism as they both have a realist look but its not possible to have two different faces. I really only did this for a friend even thought I do like the characters in this drawing. If I were to have started over I would have did a different Harley that would have matched the joker more. I love that the detail came out nice and the joker didn’t come out way to cartoony.
Lindy Heister “gazing”
9x12, graphite, 2019
The style is realism as I wanted a lot of detail. I had no real inspiration I just thought it would be cool and help me grow as an artist. If I were to change it I want the second eyebrow to look lighter. I love that the eyes turned out good.
