This is my sixth year teaching at El Rincon, and I love being a Rocket! You can often times find me at school in the morning with a cup of coffee in my hand. I teach using the workshop model and find it so empowering for both me and the kids. In my free time, I love to bake. There is no better feeling than eating a chocolate chip cookie fresh out of the oven am I right?! I also enjoy reading (this is my book club if you need some new adult book suggestions), exploring the outdoors, and walking my dog.
