When we first decided to open up our Truck, it was from the desire to serve South Dublin citizens with high-quality, organic fresh fruits & vegetables at reasonable prices straight to your door. Since then, we’ve become more than just a food truck, we've been selling an idea and a lifestyle.

Everything starts with a dream, and a big desire of changing peoples' lifestyles for the better, after COVID-19 we could see an increased demand for healthy food, with many people looking for convenient and accessible options. Organic food has seen a steady growth in recent years, with more consumers prioritising healthier food choices, and we found a "gap" in the Irish Market where we could serve this niche and meet the needs of consumers.
