Christ’s College Taipei Graduate Institute Approved — New Master’s Program in Christian Liberal Arts to Equip Management Talent for Churches and Nonprofit Organizations
(Taipei) — The Ministry of Education has officially approved Christ’s College Taipei to establish a graduate institute, launching for the first time a Master’s Program in Christian Liberal Arts. This program is dedicated to equipping much-needed management talent for churches and nonprofit organizations, with the vision of becoming a true partner university for both.
In today’s context, churches and nonprofit organizations often face challenges due to a lack of professional support in finance, marketing, and management. This shortage places heavy pressure on pastors and ministry leaders. Christ’s College Taipei has identified this gap and, through the establishment of this master’s program, seeks to supplement and strengthen the management capacity of pastors and organizational leaders, enabling churches and ministries to build stronger systems and achieve sustainable growth.
Rooted in Christian faith and integrated with modern management expertise, the Master’s Program in Christian Liberal Arts offers a unique curriculum that includes:
Marketing & Communication: Equipping churches to effectively communicate their vision and reach people.
Human Resource Management: Developing leadership talent and building healthy team cultures.
Financial Management: Enhancing financial planning and supporting sustainable development.
Organizational Management: Improving the overall operational effectiveness of churches and institutions.
This program will serve as a distinctive “MBA for the church,” providing pastors, ministers, and Christian leaders with opportunities for professional advancement.
The program is not only designed as a continuing education platform for current pastors and ministers but also welcomes Christians eager to serve in churches and nonprofit organizations. Students will be equipped with advanced professional skills on a foundation of faith while earning a nationally recognized master’s degree.
Christ’s College Taipei warmly invites church and organizational leaders to support and promote this initiative and looks forward to welcoming the first cohort in the 2026 academic year — opening a new milestone in Christian higher education.
