In Jewish tradition we seek God's blessing upon those who are ill. Cape Cod Synagogue offers public prayers for healing at our worship services. By filling in this form, you give consent for us to speak the name of the person whose name you submit.

We will pray for everyone submitted to this list for two months, unless otherwise notified. You can resubmit a name at that time to continue communal prayers of healing.
