Weaving

This is a previous Weaving project. This beautiful Straw Loom Weaving was completed by our friend Ms. B. Thanks again Hardee's of Woodbury, TN. for the straws used to create our weavings.

Step 1: Draw a Heart shape on to your paper.

Step 2: Cut out the Heart shape.

Step 3: Cut vertical or horizontal lines into the Heart shape, but do not cut all the way across, or you will cut pieces of the Heart shape off.

Step 4: Cut strips of paper in another color.

Step 5: Weave those paper strips from the other color into the paper fringe. Use the Over Under method when weaving.
