Please Note:
Submissions are now closed for the 2026 CC Songwriters Festival.
In addition to the $25 Entry Fee, you will need to provide:
Basic Info – Your “regular” name, Stage/Performer Name, phone and/or email.
Music/Performance Samples – upload or link to an original song file AND upload or link to video of a live performance.
Online/Social Media Presence – links to your Instagram, Facebook, Twitter etc. where you highlight/showcase your music and engage with listeners/fans.
Singer/Songwriter/Performer of your own original music. No covers, period.
No music genre is off-limits! We’re just looking for folks with a song to sing and a story to share.
Think of this as more “MTV Unplugged” rather than the NFL Halftime Show. Less is more--keep it simple (acoustic, genuine)!
On-stage charisma and audience engagement/rapport is a must!
If selected to play the 2025 Festival, you’ll be responsible for:
Securing your own travel, transportation and food (other than meals provided by the Festival).
Not making any outside commitments during the Festival (Feb. 13-15, 2026) unless otherwise discussed with organizers.
Providing my own instrument(s), cord(s) and amp(s) required for performance(s) during the Festival. Sound system, mics and sound tech will be provided by Festival/Venue.
Using your social media presence/platforms to help promote/share the Festival is encouraged–and much appreciated!
Festival Performers will receive…
A flat fee for your performance(s).
No-Cost Lodging Option:
For out-of-town performers, the Festival has a limited number of rooms/beds available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let us know if you are in need of lodging during the festival and we will do our best to assist. Lodging is NOT guaranteed unless confirmed in writing via email by CCSW.
At check-in, performers will be given a wristband that MUST be worn at all festival events/functions. This wristband is the equivalent of a VIP all-access pass and ensures free entry for the performer to ALL festival events including VIP/Songwriter Dinner, Workshops, Afternoon Song Swaps, Evening Showcases and Brunch + Awards on Sunday.
Access to the Songwriter Hospitality area with snacks, drinks etc. throughout the entire Festival weekend.
Meal vouchers and/or meal tickets redeemable at venues during the Festival Weekend.
Post-Festival: Access to download pics/media captured by Festival photographers/videographers that you can use for your own music promotion
Tagging/Linking to your social media when we post/promote online (with your consent, of course).
