Please call 315-688-4411 to make an appointment to register your child(ren).
Registration forms may obtained by clicking the link below or by calling school at 315-688-4411. An in-person appointment will still need to be made to finalize the registration process.
Proof of residence, birth certificate and custody paperwork (if applicable) MUST be returned with the registration form.
Current NYS physical and proof of immunizations must be provided by the start of school.
If you choose to complete the registration form and supporting documentation ahead of time, you may bring them with you to your scheduled appointment.
