Tuition and Fees
A non-refundable Registration Fee of $35 is due at the time of enrollment.
Each session is one hour long and tailored to the student’s individual needs. Each session is $30 per hour, and may be adjusted, based on age and needs of the student. The first week’s tuition must be paid in full at registration to secure placement.
Tuition payments are due weekly, prior to the first session of the week, unless written notice has been received. For example, if you are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday, tuition will be due on Tuesday, prior to the session. Tuition must be paid in advance of services provided. Invoices will be sent electronically. A late fee of $10 will apply to payments more than 3 days late.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
● Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
● No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a full session charge.
● Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis with documentation if needed.
Photo Release
As part of our programs and services, Crystal Clear Solutions, LLC may document sessions, training, events, or activities through photography and/or video for promotional, educational, and professional purposes.
By signing this release, I hereby grant Crystal Clear Solutions, LLC the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of myself and/or my child(ren), which may include name, likeness, image, voice, and appearance, in the following ways:
● Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
● Company website and digital communications
● Printed marketing and promotional materials
● Educational or professional presentations
● Internal documentation or portfolio use
I understand that:
● The media may be used for an indefinite period unless I revoke this consent in writing. ● There is no compensation for the use of these images or recordings.
● All media will be used in a professional and respectful manner aligned with the mission of Crystal Clear Solutions.
