Instructions: Make a copy of the spreadsheet before you begin. Click the box in Column B to apply points. If column D is white, enter a number for the quantity of events you participated in. In the red box in column H, enter your name. When you have completed this spreadsheet, rename it as your name in this format: Last, First YY-YY (YY = school years, e.g. 22-23, 21-22, etc), then share it with jonathan.rash@ccsdut.org.
Please check this list to see if your name appears and if the points are correct. If your name is not on this list, and you think you submitted a lettering form, please talk to Mr. Rash or Jocelyn Kern before FRIDAY!
