Hello! My name is Ms. Moise and am a School Social Worker at Elsie C. Johnson Elementary School. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. This is my fourth year in CCSD93 and my first year at Elsie C. Johnson. I received a Bachelors of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University with a major in Family Services and a minor in Psychology. I continued my education at Aurora University where I received a Masters in Social Work. I have a 9-year-old son who is in 4th grade this year. Before coming to Elsie C. Johnson, I was the School Social Worker at Western Trails for 3 years. Prior to joining the CCSD93 team , I was the School Social Worker at a Therapeutic Day School where I worked with students with emotional and behavioral disabilities who were placed in the care of the Department of Child and Family Services. I have experience working with children and youth in crisis, trauma and mental health.
My approach to working with students and families is to be visible throughout the school, make connections, build relationships, provide support and have fun!
