Step 1: Watch the Important Kindergarten Registration Information Video From Your Child's School Principal

Step 2: Begin Official Registration Process

There are different directions for you to register your child depending on their circumstance. Please read the following circumstances carefully and follow the correct directions.

If your family is BRAND NEW to CCSD93 and you have never had any children attend a CCSD93 school before:

• Fill out the New Family Registration Form here. 

• Within 2 weeks of your submission, you will either receive an email from no-reply@teacherease.com confirming that your child's record is approved and asking that you complete the rest of registration, or the school office will reach out to you with any issues.
  
  

If the student who you are registering for kindergarten currently attends CCSD93's Early Childhood Center: 

• Log into your existing TeacherEase account at www.teacherease.com.

• Click the Miscellaneous tab.

• Click Online Registration.

• Under the year 2025-26, select the “Continue registering existing student(s):” option next to your child's name and click “Continue.”

  • Please be sure to correctly input this information under 2025-26 and not this school year

• Fully register this child and any other CCSD93 siblings they may have tonight. School offices will process them within 2 weeks of your submission.

If your family currently has children attending CCSD93 schools but the student who you are registering for kindergarten has not attended CCSD93's Early Childhood Center:

• Log into your existing TeacherEase account at www.teacherease.com.

• Click the Miscellaneous tab.

• Click Online Registration.

• Under the year 2025-26, above where you see your returning student(s) click Register a new student(s) in 2025-26 to Community Consolidated School District 93 

  • Please be sure to correctly input this information under 2025-26 and not this school year

• Click Continue

• Fill out the prompted information for this student.

• Within 2 weeks of your submission, you will either receive an email from no-reply@teacherease.com confirming that your child's record is approved and asking that you complete the rest of registration, or the school office will reach out to you with any issues.  At that point, you may fully register this child and any other CCSD93 siblings they may have.

Step 3: Complete the Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ)

Select the link below for your child's future school to complete the ASQ survey today! 

Step 4: Families of Students Who Don't Currently Attend CCSD93's Early Childhood Center Will Be Emailed Instructions To Complete Your Child's Registration

Families of students who DO NOT currently attend CCSD93's Early Childhood Center:

• After completing Step 2 above, within 2 weeks of your submission, you will receive an email from no-reply@teacherease.com confirming that your child's record is approved and asking that you complete the rest of registration.  At that point, please be sure to follow the directions closely to fully register your incoming kindergartener. You may also fully register any other CCSD93 siblings they have if applicable.  The school office will reach out to you with any issues.

Families who DO currently attend CCSD93's Early Childhood Center:

• After completing Step 2 above, you will not need to submit any additional information. Within 2 weeks of your submission, you will receive confirmation that your child has been fully registered. The school office will reach out to you with any issues.

Step 5: Provide Documents to Your Child's School

Visit the school as soon as possible to provide:

• Child's Official County Birth Certificate (Original or Certified Copy With Seal) 

• Your Current Driver's License/State I.D.

School hours through June 13: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

School hours after June 13: Contact the school

Step 6: Complete Payment

You will receive messaging closer to the start of the school year with instructions to log back into TeacherEase and complete payment.
