Device Safety Tips
Keep the device in a safe place away from liquids and dust.
Do not eat or drink near the devices.
Do not place items on the Chromebook keyboard as accidentally closing the device with items on the keyboard can damage the screen.
Free and Reduced Price Home Internet
Comcast, Spectrum, and AT&T are currently offering free or reduced-price options to provide home internet for students during this closure. Details of these packages can be found here.
Internet Access
If internet access is a challenge for your family, you might consider:
Connecting the device through a cell phone hotspot (if you have sufficient data)
See if a neighbor or friend will allow your child to work at their house
Investigate Comcast Internet Essentials as they have announced that eligible families can have free 60 day access

If none of these are an option, please contact your school and arrangements can be made for paper/pencil based activities
