CCSD21 Chromebook and Google Meet Troubleshooting Guide
If you are unable to resolve Chromebook issues after referencing the above mentioned Troubleshooting guide, please notify your child’s classroom teacher of the issue. The teacher will process a help desk ticket with the District 21 Information Services team right away. If the classroom teacher is unavailable, please email cbhelp@ccsd21.org with any questions or problems you may have. A member of the Information Services team will respond to your message right away!
