2023-2024

It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I officially begin my tenth year as the Principal of Prairie Wind Elementary. I am also entering my 22nd year of educational experience in Campbell County School District #1.  I am elated to bring my skills as an educational leader to the Prairie Wind Community and look forward to working with you as a partner in education to ensure that all children are successful at Prairie Wind Elementary.

I have lived in Gillette all of my life and attended elementary, junior high, and high school in CCSD #1.  My educational experiences in this county inspired me to be a part of the teaching profession.  Deciding to become an administrator came from a strong desire to make a positive impact on an entire school community.

I will work hard to build strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and community partners.  During the course of the year, it is my ultimate goal that we will work together to provide the students with the best possible opportunities in preparing them to be world-class citizens with a solid foundation created here at Prairie Wind Elementary.
