March is National Nutrition Month!
Campbell County School District uses the SNAP Health Portal to help families easily access and manage their child’s school health information. This secure, web-based system provides a convenient and environmentally friendly way to review and update important health forms and documents throughout the school year.
With 24-hour access over the web, you will be able to:
Electronically sign and submit health forms safely over the internet
Review and update new health information, such as vaccinations, health conditions, and screening results, throughout the school year
Receive notifications when there are changes in your child’s health status
Easily message the school health clinic to expedite communication
Login Instructions:
If your email address in PowerSchool is up to date, you will receive an email with login instructions and a password. If you cannot locate the email, you can access the portal in one of the following ways:
Log in through your PowerSchool account by clicking the Applications button in the upper right corner (available through a web browser only, not the PowerSchool mobile app).
Click the link above or go to www.studentehr.com and log in using the email address associated with your PowerSchool account. If you do not know your password, select “Forgot Password” to reset it. You will need your child’s date of birth to verify your account.
