Travis Scott’s Musical Career

Travis Scott is a talented rapper and producer born on April 30th, 1992 in Houston, Texas. His real name is Jacques Bermon Webster II but he uses Travis Scott as his stage name.  Scott gained popularity with his mixtapes and collaborations with other artists. Producing beats that attracted the attention of influential hip-hop figures was a shoe-in into the business. He produced music for performers such as Jay-Z and Kanye West. 


His debut studio album, Rodeo, was released in 2015 and received heavy acclaim. Since then, he has released several successful albums, including Astroworld in 2018. Scott is known for his energetic performances and unique sound, blending elements of hip-hop, trap, and psychedelic music. Recently, he has released a new album called Utopia in July of this year.

Beyond music, Travis Scott's Astroworld period represented his entry into the realm of interdisciplinary art. The album features an impressive lineup of artists, including Drake, Kid Cudi, Frank Ocean, and The Weeknd, each contributing their unique flair to the album's rich tapestry.
