La clase de español

Hola!

Thank you for visiting my site! In today's world, it is so important to learn another language, regardless if your child chooses Spanish. This is a great video clip that will hopefully explain to you why.

I have two main teaching philosophies:

"You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink." I believe very strongly that if my students put forth the effort and dedication, with my help and guidance, they will pass this class. I have a separate website on which you will find many of the worksheets I distribute to my students as well as links to help them practice. On this website, to the left, you will find some of the links to those various online practice websites. These are examples of the water. It is up to my students to take the time and effort to go through them, practice them, and learn them.

"I am here to help you (my students) succeed!" I have extra help Mon-Thu in the morning, 8am-8:30am. I would greatly appreciate notification of your attendance. If you are unable to attend my extra help sessions, I am free periods 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8.

Tengo dos filosofias pedagogicas:

Esto quiere decir que yo, como profesora, les puedo dar toda la información y los recursos a los estudiantes, pero son ellos mismos que tienen que dedicar el tiempo y el esfuerzo para pasar la clase. Este sitio de web provee la información y la práctica para ellos.

"I am here to help you (my students) succeed!" Estoy en la escuela antes del empiezo de la escuela para ayuda extra los lunes y los jueves de las 8am a las 8:30am. Le agradezco que me avise cuando piensa venir. Si no puede quedarse después de la escuela, estoy disponible los periodos 1, 2, 4, 6, y 8.
