Broadcast Journalism exposes students to the fundamentals needed for a newscast. Students have the opportunity to produce, shoot, direct and edit segments for the Clarkstown Video Magazine. This weekly news magazine is cablecast to the Clarkstown community, showcasing students' work to a wide audience. This showcase provides students with a true taste of broadcast deadlines, pressures, and rewards. Students will also have the opportunity to gain experience with special interest projects such as: documentaries, short form videos and festival entries .
