Jamie Goodwin

It's a pleasure to be teaching 5th grade math at Stone Elementary! I have been teaching in Cumberland County for 23 years. I look forward to making a positive impact in each student's life.

I have a degree in English Literature and a Masters in Elementary Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. 

I have a son, Tay and two dogs, Ubu and Rusty Blue. 

My classroom philosophy is to meet each child where they are and to help them to grow academically and socially. I try my best each day to make sure that each student in my room feels safe, welcomed, and engaged.
