Hi, I'm Mrs. Sexton!

Welcome to 1st grade! I am so happy to have your student in my class. We have a Disney classroom to bring a magical touch to our learning this year. 

I believe in helping every child learn through joy and fun. I love to learn by being comfortable, which means we don't have typical seating arrangements. We use flexible seating, including wobble stools, futon, and yoga balls.

I have 2 fur babies and a crazy toodler and new baby girl!

I played Softball for over 16 years and played in College at Milligan University. I was a talented catcher and loved the offensive game. 

I was diagnosed with ADHD in Kindergarten, so I love helping children learn strategies to allow them to be successful!
