Consequences

1^st time – verbal warning

2^nd time – lose a Dojo point

3^rd time – lose a Dojo point and contact families

4^th time – lose a Dojo point and get written up in classroom behavior log with a note sent home

**Third time in behavior log= loss of that nine-week’s reward

**Fourth time in behavior log= trip to office and/or meeting with parents or guardians

(The Behavior Log Starts Fresh Each Nine Weeks)

Severe Clause - sent to office and/or meeting with parents or guardians

Rewards
