One of the things we want to focus on this year at #C4 - even though this is a technology conference - is unplugging. Toward this goal, we have lots of activities during the day, and especially during our extended lunch, to help you do just that.

We encourage you to try one or two of these awesome options before heading to the lunch line - there's plenty of time and PLENTY of food, we promise! Once you finish lunch, why not check out a few more?
- Carmel Education Foundation Phishing Game - Room 201, all day
- Test your knowledge of phishing scams and earn an awesome teacher tool goodie bag, sponsored by CEF.
- Coloring and Re-charge Room - Room 203, all day
- Take a break to recharge your device and your mind. Plug in and turn off with some coloring zen.
- Mini-golf - throughout the building, all day
- Try your hand at a mini-golf hole created by each CCS school and earn tickets for prizes along the way!
- Paws and Think Therapy Dogs - Room 206, 11:45-1:15
- Come and play with puppies and learn how therapy dogs are used in schools and other settings.
- Guided Meditation Class - Room 213, every 15 minutes, 11:45-1:00
- Join CCS Wellness Center fitness instructor Kara Goodwin in a guided meditation session. A new session starts every 15 minutes from 11:45 to 1:00.
- Yoga Class - Room 212, every 15 minutes, 11:45-1:00

- 2-Mile Ride Your Worries Away - Room 601 (north gym), every 15 minutes, 11:45-1:00
- Hop on one of Creekside's stationary bikes led by a CCS Wellness Center fitness course instructor Carmen Berglund for a short ride to get your heart pumping!
- Joint Health or Injury Checks with CCS Physical Therapist - Room 204, 11:45-1:15
- Meet with our CCS Wellness Center physical therapist Molly Elgin for a quick joint or injury check.
