Sri Nihal Tammana who envisions a cleaner, safer world for his generation and future generations is a determined and motivated 11-year-old. His mission is to pivot the mindset of people with respect to their disposal of used batteries and to create public awareness on the ill-effects of indiscriminate and unscientific ways of battery disposal. He is sanguine that his dream will come to fruition and for which he tirelessly works towards recycling old batteries in the most responsible way. Besides spreading awareness, his nonprofit organization, Recycle My Battery (https://recyclemybattery.org) provides certified battery bins and two-way priority shipping free of cost to any public/private organizations including schools, libraries, community centers, etc., Thanks to Call2Recycle which is the nation's largest battery recycling organization for supporting this noble cause. Recycle My Battery is proud to state that so far, they have collected and recycled more than 55,000+ used batteries, educated more than 400,000+ adults/kids on the importance and need of recycling used batteries properly. This could not have been possible without the support of his amazing team of 60 + young kids. He is a fortunate recipient of several awards from the National Waste Recycling Association, NJ State, NJ Governor’s office, One in a Million, Point of Light, etc. His slogan to everyone is "If I can make the earth a better place to live, you can! If you can make the earth a better place to live, we all can!" and his goal is to bring down the 15 billion batteries that are thrown in the trash every year to Zero, eventually! At 23, Sean Crane was sentenced to 7 years in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. With nothing positive to show for his life up to that point and a massive challenge ahead, he had a decision to make.
Would he give up and let the rest of his life pass him by like the first 23 did or could he face his fears, fight through the pain and pursue the life he always wanted.
From a small cement box, Sean was able to take control of his life.
He completely transformed his mentality, his routines, and the results he got in his life.
“In that cell, I started to create the life of my dreams that I am able to live today.”
Sean Michael Crane is a life coach with an incredible story of perseverance and determination. He has used his hardships and life experience to reach others and inspire them to conquer their fears and pursue the life they have always dreamed of living just as he has.
“If I did this from a prison cell, I promise you can take control of your life too! You deserve it and you are far more capable than you realize”!
