Please call the Elementary Office (315-557-2255 or 315-557-2256) to schedule a day and time slot for your child's screening.
Time slots are 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, and 1:30. The screening appointment should take less than an hour.
Please be sure to sign up soon as there are limited spots at each time slot.
