Micro Learning CCS

What is micro learning?  - an educational experience that is short, focused, and effective. 

Why micro learning? -it boosts knowledge retention, improves engagement, and provides flexible, accessible training in short, focused bursts, making it easier for employees to absorb information and apply it to their work.  

How does microlearning work ?-  the learning offered is standards based. Teachers choose what they want to learn about and when they want to learn it. Since the learning time is shorter, the teacher is able to work at their own pace to achieve and apply their learning in the classroom. 

Why should I participate in microlearning? - It's based on what you want to learn about, is self paced, will improve your students performance in the classroom and give you CEU's that you need as a teacher at CCS
