8:00 to 10:00 AM Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Yoga, Agility, and Strength Training as well as Field Hockey skills.
Ages 13 and UP are welcome, and no experience is necessary. Please bring a mouth guard, shin guards, and water. Teams will be created based on experience and age. No stick? No worries, we have extras!

Eat Breakfast
Bring a water bottle for our fill-up station
Bring a field hockey stick if you have one, if not we will provide loaners
Wear: athletic attire. shin guards, mouth guard, running shoes, and cleats if you have them
