Graduation Attire

• Seniors must wear their blue caps and gowns.

• Underneath gowns, students may wear black or blue slacks with a dress shirt, or a dress or skirt preferably not longer than the gown.

• We highly recommend that graduates choose sensible dress shoes, as graduates must navigate several sets of stairs.

• Any adornments on caps and gowns is expressly prohibited.

• Inappropriate accessories or non-Midlo issued regalia must not be worn. All such adornments will be confiscated prior to seniors entering the graduation ceremony.

• Personal items-valuables such as purses will not be able to be taken to the arena floor.

• Cell phones, packages, flowers, etc are not permitted. Seniors with cell phones will be denied entrance to the Siegel Center. These phones may be left at the entrance, but neither VCU nor Chesterfield Schools will be responsible for the security of these items.

Graduation General Information

• Each seniors will receive 8 free tickets to enter graduation. Children who can sit on an adult's lap do not need a ticket.

• Graduation ticket pick up will be May 11th and May 12th during lunches.

• Seniors will receive one free parking ticket at graduation practice (May 20).

• Seniors will be charged $7.00 for any additional parking passes. Tickets will be sold on May 11th and May 12th at Midlothian High School during all lunches.

• All ceremonies will be broadcasted live on YouTube.
